Product authenticity

Kodlas Zero is a retailer. Every item in our catalogue is made by another company, and the brand shown on a product page is the brand that made it. We never present a third-party product as our own, and we never relabel one.

Products are stocked, listed and fulfilled through our commerce platform, so the item you receive is the item described on the product page, sold at the price shown for your market. Orders, payment and delivery all run through that same system rather than through informal channels.

If anything about a delivered product does not match its page — packaging, quantity, variant or condition — contact us with your order number and photos and we will resolve it under our published return terms.

We do not publish certification marks, laboratory results, testing programmes or approval claims that we cannot show you. If a product page does not mention a certificate, assume none has been provided to us. Where a brand supplies documentation, we say so on that product page specifically and nowhere else.

Wellness products are supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
