What to confirm before you pay, what to inspect on delivery, and how to raise a problem so it gets resolved.

Before you pay
Check that the product page names the brand, states the size or quantity you are buying, and shows a price in your local currency. Read the shipping and returns terms for your country, and make sure the delivery details you enter match where you will actually be.
Payment always happens on a secure checkout page. Nobody from Kodlas Zero will ever ask you for a card number, a mobile-money PIN or a one-time verification code by message or phone call. If someone does, it is not us.
On delivery
Inspect the parcel before opening it fully: check that the outer packaging is intact, that the product matches what you ordered, and that any seals are unbroken. Where a product carries a batch code or expiry date, confirm both are present and legible.
If something is wrong
Contact support with your order number and a photograph of what you received. Damaged, incorrect or incomplete deliveries are easier to resolve when reported early, and keeping the packaging helps us trace the parcel and the batch.
Keeping your order details
Your order confirmation email includes a link to a live order-status page. That page is the most current view of your order, and it is worth keeping the email rather than relying on a screenshot.
