How It Works
Hyaluronic acid is a key component of synovial fluid, the viscous lubricant within joints. Oral supplementation increases synovial fluid viscosity and volume, reducing friction between cartilage surfaces during movement. It also binds to CD44 receptors on chondrocytes, stimulating cartilage repair and reducing inflammatory mediators.
